On this symbolic date, June 1st, or International Children’s day, we are so excited to introduce you to our new “baby” called #Catwing. The name comes from Cat – Category management and wing – the wings every business needs to elevate their service.
The good news doesn’t stop there, as we also want to share with you our new and redesigned website, where you will find descriptions of features, business models and case studies with some of our customers, as well as info on our completed projects based on machine learning and AI.
The Catwing project, which our team lovingly calls our “work baby”, started about 3 years ago, when a top level retail consultant from the Bulgarian market asked us to make ABC and XYZ analysis on the income of some of its clients.
A few months after that, we had a project with a small scale retailer (toy store) and an online shop (second hand clothing) for calculating the LTV of their clients and measuring the impact of the online marketing campaigns over the income and profit. As a result of those projects, at a later stage of our work with them we were able to create different recommendation systems, a chat bot and additional analysis on other clients.
What we noticed is that on all of those projects we started from scratch and in all cases the most difficult part was to access the data of our clients with online shops. As the projects rolled out, we realised that it is possible to standardize the data, as well as the different business models based on AI. That is why we decided to focus on that work and we created a tool, which can automatically do the hardest and the most useful part of data processing, as well as extract useful information from it.
At last, two and a half years later, Catwing is here and we can now say that we can easily implement complex market-oriented models with the primary aim of giving marketers a business tool, which can help them market products and generate sales at top market levels, without the support of developers and work with technical matters.
We can now say with certainty that our technical knowledge and business models are available to anyone through Catwing, which comes at a reasonable price and an easy to understand integration.
